Sign up to the Smile White aligner app and access your treatment plan dashboard. All it takes is your name, email address and password to access the app. Make sure you're using the same email address used when you registered on smilewhite.co.uk to sync up your account information.

Making sure you have the right aligners in for the correct duration is critical to your treatments success. Track your progress and see when you should swap your aligner for the next in your treatment plan. Don't forget to wear your aligners for 22 hours a day to achieve an optimal result. Brush your teeth and rinse your aligner before putting it in.
